Applicants for ALL waivers must post information on their websites at least 14 days prior to the date of the public hearing.
Reminder - waivers for daily physical education
Applicants requesting waivers of daily physical education must schedule a special board meeting to hear testimony. This meeting cannot be held on the day of a regularly scheduled board meeting.
Waivers for driver's education fees
Applicants for waivers of the fee to be charged for driver’s education must include the proposed amount of the fee in all public notices.

Any application not meeting all of the requirements of the law will not be considered and will be returned to the applicant as ineligible.
